PEOPLE OVER POLITICS

A Progressive, Democratic Leader, with a strong vision for the future of Education in Michigan.

Together We Can Move Education in Michigan Forward:

As a community advocate, I am passionate about fighting for the best interest of our children which means working towards closing the Achievement Gap, providing more Wrap Around Services, Increasing Funding for our Schools, Creating more Trades programs, and Fighting Illiteracy.

As a college student, I understand how important it is for students to have access to free and affordable Higher Learning opportunities.

As an educator, I know that it is important to support our teachers, as well as support staff, with competitive salaries and benefit packages; smaller classroom sizes; updated curriculum; advanced professional development; and policies that enable a quality, affordable, and equitable education for students in every corner of Michigan.
